Two years ago when I first worked with Carolina Shutter and Blinds, the representative I was dealing with wrote "Our main goal is to provide outstanding customer service, and we value your business." At the time, those were merely nice words but I am now adding to my original review from 1 year ago to report that I have on more than one occasion been the recipient of that superior level of customer service. I had some ongoing issues that dated back to the original installation of my shades, and they worked with me every step of the way until we found a solution. There are several Carolina Shutter and Blinds franchises in this region, and I want to single out this particular one for their friendly staff and their dedication to providing a great customer experience. My original 5-star review appears below, but two years after first working with them, I can say that my personal experience has backed up their goal of outstanding customer service in every way. Great products and a very dedicated team to work with! Over the past year of settling into my new home, a very small and modest cottage, I have now had them help me with 3 separate projects. They advised me on selections of shades for my porch and sunroom, blinds for several interior windows, and most recently another shade for the sunroom. The salesperson was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Chas in the main office has been great too! I had a very minor issue with the battery in one of the power wands for my shades, and she was quick to respond and initiate service. I would not hesitate to recommend Carolina Shutter and Blinds of Greenville to anyone who is looking for window treatments. You can expect an excellent experience from start to finish!
